Our big Reading Month kick off is Wednesday, March 5 at 8:15. Parents are invited to come and read with us for an hour as we launch reading month. Parents are a powerful example to their children and your participation in reading will help your child to become a better reader. Please join us.

Our partnership with Dearborn Public Library kicks off on Saturday, March 8 at 11:00 AM in the Anderson Theater at the Henry Ford. This is a FREE celebration of reading that includes a movie and a dramatic reading, as well as a free craft project and some exciting exhibits. Don’t miss this free family fun!

Remember, February Break starts on Monday.  There will be no school the week of Feb. 17- Feb. 21. Enjoy the time off and don’t forget to read everyday. See you back in class on February 24, 2014!

Dearborn Public Schools and Dearborn Public Library have partnered to get a grant to have a special program called Big Read Dearborn.
